Time-Concepts.com consists of a group of individuals that are from very diverse backgrounds, which include; Medical, Pharmaceutical, Marketing, and Technical. They have come together to create a web based application process that kilter's the relationship between the physician and the pharmaceutical representative back to the direction of the patient. Capitalizing on their experience and diversity they have created a tool that truly positions Time-Concepts.com as the "cutting edge" solution for an ethical and reasonable physician and pharmaceutical representative information exchange.

Simply stated, Time-Concepts.com is a group of individuals who felt the medical industry could use a better process for the exchange of information between a physician and a pharmaceutical representative that would ultimately serve the patient's needs. The Time-Concepts.com program has strong support for this endeavor and they look forward to partnering with other businesses that share their vision of patient service.

Time-Concepts.com is an independent web based company that manages and facilitates consults between physicians and pharmaceutical representatives in order to:

  • Improve information exchange
  • Manage representative access
  • Improve resources for the patients
  • Improve the current process

Time-Concepts.com has designed and created a proprietary software package known as, "Curbside Consults". "Curbside Consults" is a web-based suite of programs that will facilitate the interface between a physician and a pharmaceutical representative. Physicians will customize a calendar of available consults that the pharmaceutical representatives can then access and benefit from.

All consults will be scheduled and managed through their website located at www.time-concepts.com. The online process is simple and fast, and it provides tremendous flexibility for the physician and the sales representative. The real beneficiary is the patient because the sales representatives will be better trained, via the consult, to provide pertinent resources to that particular practice in order to better serve those patients.

A sales representative will visit a physician for a one-on-one 10 minutes consult in order to present their information, or simply learn how to better serve that practice. After which, the physician consultant will complete the consult by answering a questionnaire that focuses on the relevance of the marketing information, the effectiveness of the presentation and most importantly whether or not it benefits the practice and patient.

The concept is not unique; pharmaceutical companies and physicians enter into consulting agreements on a consistent basis. These agreements are widely accepted and looked on as a favorable way to enter into an information exchange between physicians and sales representatives.

The uniqueness of Time-Concepts.com is that they have decided to use the Internet as a delivery mechanism for the system. In addition, Time-Concepts.com has set clear expectations of performance during the consult by both the physician and the sales representative. Finally, the purpose of this consult is to improve the sales representative's perspective of the practice and patient. This is accomplished by the physician completed impact analysis questionnaire.
